Once your site is live it needs hosting, updates and someone to call when something breaks. We do all of it, so you never have to become a WordPress expert or wonder whether your site is being looked after. Two options, and the second includes the first.

We’d rather be straight about this than surprise you later.
- Changes to your content are charged at our hourly rate. Send us what you want changed and we’ll tell you what it’ll take first. They’re included instead if you’re on one of our growth plans.
- Legal policy pages that keep themselves up to date are £10 a month on top.
- New features and custom development are quoted as their own job.

Want more than upkeep?
Keeping a site running is one thing. Getting found and bringing in enquiries is another, and it’s what our growth plans do: your website, your Google profile, your reviews and your follow-up, run together every month from £350 + VAT. Hosting and care are already included in all three.
Do you have to move my hosting?
For Website Care, yes. We look after sites on our own hosting, because that’s how we keep them fast and fix things quickly. The migration is free and we handle it, usually with no downtime.
My website wasn't built by you. Can you still look after it?
Usually yes. We’ll check it over first and tell you honestly whether it’s in a fit state. If it needs work before we can take it on, we’ll quote for that separately.
My site isn't WordPress. Can you help?
Our plans are for WordPress sites. If yours is on something else, talk to us anyway and we’ll tell you what your options are.
Can I order content updates when I need them?
Yes. Send us what you need and we’ll quote the time before we start. If you find you’re asking often, a growth plan probably works out better.
My website has been hacked. Can you fix it?
Yes. We clean the site, work out how they got in, and close it. Get in touch and we’ll tell you what’s involved.
What hours do you work, and how fast do you reply?
Monday to Friday, UK business hours. Most emails are answered within one to two business days, and sooner when something is down.
Do you manage WooCommerce sites?
Yes, though a shop usually needs more looking after than a brochure site. We’ll talk it through and tell you if you need more than Website Care.
What if I have more than one site?
Each site has its own plan. Tell us how many and we’ll put a price together.
Is there a minimum term?
No. It runs month to month, with 30 days’ notice if you want to stop.
